Q: What is your shop rate, and do you have a minimum charge?

A: We are industry competitive at $159/Labor Hour. We do have a half hour - one hour minimum depending on the issue, or if there is insurance/warranty involved. We're pretty fair, so we aren't going to charge you a full half hour to change a fuse....thats ridiculous. Contact us for more info!

EXTENDED WARRANTY:

Q: Do you work with extended warranty?

A: Absolutely. We work with ALL extended warranty companies. We are an authorized service center.

 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

Q: Do you work with manufacturer warranty?

A: Depends. We are an authorized Service Center for Forest River, Grand Design and a few others. They will pay us direct on your behalf, so then the answer is YES 🙂

For the Manufacturers that will NOT pay us directly, we can still complete the work covered under your manufacturer warranty with prior approval. However, it is required by law that you pay out of pocket and be reimbursed directly by your manufacturer.

Why?

Because we are not a dealer. According to the Texas Franchise Laws, we are not able to be paid directly by the manufacturer unless we sell their product, or are an authorized Service Center.

We will remain focused on your repairs, not on selling RVs. It's what sets us apart from the competition & allows us to complete the repairs so quickly.

 

Q: I already have a claim started. Do you work directly with insurance companies?

A: Absolutely. We work with all major insurance companies.  After you begin your claim, all we need is the claim number, your agents information and your coach and we can take it from there. Simple. Call to schedule your appointment today!

Q: Will you take a credit card over the phone?

A: Yes we will. We accept all forms of payment including: cash, credit cards or a check.  There is a 3% charge for credit card payments. No out-of-state checks.

Q: If I bring you my RV, do you charge me for an estimate?

A: Yes. We have an hour minimum for all estimates. There are some cases where a visual inspection is all that is needed and we usually do not charge for that. Please call us for details about your specific situation.

Q: I live in my RV and it is tied down permanently, will you come to us?

A: Absolutely! We have a $100 Service Call charge and a 1HR minimum ($159). We do not charge a return trip charge at this time. Will travel up to 25 miles from Alvarado, TX.

Q: I need brakes and an oil change. Do you do that?

A: We sure do! Give us a call for pricing on your particular unit.

Q: My dash A/C needs to be recharged with freon, can you do that?

A: COMING SOON!

Q: I'm looking at buying a new RV, do you offer Pre-Purchase Inspections?

A: Yes. We can provide an inspection at our shop or have one of our Certified Technicians come out to the location of the unit.
