We were so pleased with their customer service we went back for installation of keyless entry, new door latch, USB port for co pilot. If you need any type of service done we highly recommend Quality RV. The staff goes above and beyond, remembering your name, etc. The gift shop is fun, the Mom and Pop atmosphere definitely makes one feel like your not just a number.

“Ron BurgessOur Norcold refrigerator stopped working whole on the road in Dt Worth, TX. I reached out to 2 Jayco dealerships and an independent RV repair company. No one could take a look at our problem for weeks. Jayco suggested that I contact Quality. Great suggestion!! That immediately told me to bring down and they would have a technician take a look. They were true to their word…I pulled in and the service writer, Crystal and the technician, Lyn came out and looked at the refrigerator. I left it and the next morning they had it working. This is the second time I used this repair center and again I was pleased with the customer service, the communication providing me the status and progress made, and the quality workmanship. When other service centers were telling me it would be months before they could inspect the problem, order parts, and perform repair. Quality RV Solutions was able to work with the manufacturer for payment of warranty service and once this was accomplished the work on my unit was completed in one week. This is my "go to" for RV repairs.
